KPI Solutions Appoints Manish K. Sharma as Chief Product & Technology Officer

BELTON, MO (September 3, 2025) – KPI Solutions (KPI), a leading supply chain consulting, software, systems integration, and automation supplier today announced that Manish K. Sharma has joined the company as Chief Product & Technology Officer. In this role, Mr. Sharma will unify product strategy, technological innovation, and software engineering to positively impact clients’ operations and solidify KPI Solutions as a leader in the warehouse market.

Mr. Sharma brings over 25 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams at Honeywell, where he rose to Chief Product & Technology Officer for Honeywell Building Technologies and VP & General Manager for Sustainable Building Technologies, spanning software, hardware, firmware, AI, and other engineering disciplines to deliver innovative, market-leading products and solutions. Most recently, he served as SVP – M&A Product & Technology Officer at Nemetschek Group where he led product strategy, evaluated technical and operational compatibilities, devised integration plans, and oversaw execution of those plans. Now residing in Atlanta, he holds a B.E. from Jabalpur Engineering College, a General Management certification from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, and is trained in Lean principles as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
