With his unique expertise in operations, finance, and business transformations, Michael is responsible for enabling a culture of excellence that drives client success, boosting company growth and performance, establishing long-range goals, and strengthening capabilities in engineering and advanced software.

He brings over twenty years of executive leadership experience in high-growth companies including Indicor, Honeywell, Smiths Group, Safran, General Electric, and United Airlines. He holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor’s degree from Lake Forest College.

Jim has extensive experience in logistics operations, M&A due diligence and integration, profitability improvement, business development, and strategic financial planning. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at ID Logistics US, a global third-party logistics firm. Prior, Jim worked as a leader in both sales and operations at GXO Logistics (formerly XPO Logistics), a $9B 3PL contract logistics firm. He holds a dual major BS from Miami University, an MS in finance from The Johns Hopkins University – Carey Business School, and resides in Greensboro, NC.

Ronda Hellings has over 25 years of experience in progressively responsible Human Resources roles, serving in a diverse set of domestic and global industries. She has proven expertise in aligning HR strategy with corporate objectives and has created impactful initiatives that have improved employee engagement and results. As a collaborative business partner and analytical problem-solver, she is known for pursuing continuous improvement in building best-in-class HR functions.

Manish K. Sharma is a seasoned technology and product leader with over 25 years of experience driving growth through innovation. As Chief Product & Technology Officer at KPI Solutions, he leads the integration of product strategy, software engineering, and technological innovation to elevate client operations and advance warehouse automation. Prior to KPI, Manish held senior leadership roles at Honeywell and Nemetschek Group, where he spearheaded global product development across software, hardware, AI, and engineering disciplines. He holds a B.E. from Jabalpur Engineering College, a General Management certification from IIM Bangalore, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Jonathan brings deep engineering experience as a KPI leader in designing and delivering solutions for clients. His expertise in project management, engineered labor standards, simulation, labor tracking and warehouse layout provide companies with data-driven designs and cost-justified automation investments.

Previously, he was a Project Manager at Precision Distribution Consultants, now part of KPI Solutions, and brought additional experience as a Director of Analytical Services at Peach State Integrated Technologies. He holds an undergrad from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Plymouth State University.

Roger provides strategic leadership to drive growth by delivering successful solutions that help clients reduce labor dependence, increase productivity, and build scalability. Prior to joining KPI, Roger served as Chief Revenue Officer at CognitOps, a supply chain software services firm.

Previously, he rapidly rose through positions of increasing responsibility in both sales and delivery roles at Fortna, global telecommunications provider Brightstar, and Capgemini. He holds a B.S. and M.S., in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.

Jim Kucker has served in the material handling integration industry for more than 35 years, providing creative solutions for clients’ and employees’ needs. Through his vision, Jim brought the business from dealing in material handling equipment to a higher level through automation. This has been a key element in KPI Solutions’ success, and Jim continues to improve the company through creative, winning solutions for his clients. Jim brings this same passion to his employees, as he actively mentors junior associates and fosters talent.

Mike Langdon brings nearly 35 years of experience in the material handling equipment industry. With an emphasis on maintaining a strong commitment to quality and service, Mike continues to serve clients with the best in flexible storage solutions and design expertise.

Dan leads operations at KPI Solutions, bringing over 14 years of experience in global industrial services and field execution. He holds an M.S. in Supply Chain Management and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State, is a graduate of GE’s Operations Management Leadership Program, and is certified in Lean Six Sigma. Dan focuses on driving operational excellence and delivering faster, more reliable outcomes for clients.

Stephanie brings more than 25 years of global legal and business experience across mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, capital markets, regulatory compliance, risk management, and technology services. She has advised boards, executives, and business leaders and worked with attourneys in more than 40 countries and territories, with deep expertise in navigating complex regulatory and commercial landscapes.
