He has held major positions at some of the largest system integration companies in the industry. He brings a wealth of knowledge and relationship to KPI, with particular expertise in highly automated order fulfillment. Larry has held the Chairmanship position in the Automated Storage and Retrieval and Automated Guided Vehicle production sectors, leading the MHI Order Fulfillment and Integrated Systems Council.

Jack Bonanno has over 30 years of experience, primarily as a corporate executive overseeing business operations. Jack is responsible for designing long-term strategies and organizational changes to benefit shareholders and business objectives. Jack has a professional history of delivering client-centric supply chain maturity, primarily in the retail and consumer packaged goods industry. His expertise spans networking modeling, capacity management, omnichannel retailing, logistical operations, and MHE automation and design.

John Heller is an action-driven executive leader with expertise in operations, finance, and supply chain management. He has achieved continued success leading cross-functional teams and delivering positive outcomes across various business situations with strong and sustainable gains. John is uniquely able to identify and implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, strengthen client relationships, improve business practices, and drive long-term profitable growth.

Ron Adams has served in this distribution and fulfillment sector for over 25 years, providing direction on operations and revenue-building initiatives. Ron brings KPI Solutions a top-tier talent with leadership experience in material handling, industrial technology, robotics automation, warehouse management systems, sales, and distribution. He is enthusiastic about creatively solving client challenges while driving a return on investment with every project.

Mike Conrath is a seasoned leader with a positive and long history of success with strategy development and execution, product management, and process and performance improvement. With software development experience spanning nearly 20 years, Mike has developed an adept ability to learn emerging technologies, trends, and concepts.

Ronda Hellings has over 25 years of experience in progressively responsible Human Resources roles, serving in a diverse set of domestic and global industries. She has proven expertise in aligning HR strategy with corporate objectives and has created impactful initiatives that have improved employee engagement and results. As a collaborative business partner and analytical problem-solver, she is known for pursuing continuous improvement in building best-in-class HR functions.

Jim Kucker has served in the material handling integration industry for more than 35 years, providing creative solutions for clients’ and employees’ needs. Through his vision, Jim brought the business from dealing in material handling equipment to a higher level through automation. This has been a key element in KPI Solutions’ success, and Jim continues to improve the company through creative, winning solutions for his clients. Jim brings this same passion to his employees, as he actively mentors junior associates and fosters talent.

Mike Langdon brings nearly 35 years of experience in the material handling equipment industry. With an emphasis on maintaining a strong commitment to quality and service, Mike continues to serve clients with the best in flexible storage solutions and design expertise.

Ryan M. Mead practices law in the areas of business/corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, federal and state taxation, and estate and business succession planning. Mr. Mead also has experience with not-for-profit entities, blue sky law compliance, and venture capital. Mr. Mead is very active in the Southern Tier community. He currently serves as a director for the following not-for-profit organizations: Baden Powell Council – Boy Scouts of America and the Broome County Bar Association.
