With a focus on systems integration, KPI approaches each project in a four-phase methodology, supporting you from the beginning of your warehouse transformation to lifetime support.
Systems Integration Phase 1: Planning
Beginning with collecting data, our team will develop side-by-side technology options and build a project feasibility business case. Next, we’ll work alongside your team to build out the data and design criteria specific to your use case. Our goal is to provide project confidence before beginning a CAPEX request. Phase 1 wraps with a detailed design selected using feedback from your team that meets timing, budgets, and aligns with business needs.
Following contract approval, engineering and technology solutions are finalized using the design selected during Phase 1. Customers are provided with a Functional Specification Document (FSD) and elements are released for manufacturing, installation, and inspection based on the agreed-upon timeline.
Demonstrate Installation Qualification (IQ) for all systems and subsystems included in integration scope. Verify equipment is installed per design.
Systems Integration Phase 3: Verification
At KPI, our primary goal is to provide confidence in the newly developed solution. During Phase 3 we will provide an Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ) that meet the needs of the real-world operations of your facility. A customized training curriculum is developed for the site operations team and tests are conducted on-site to ensure demonstrated rate, quality, and reliability.
Systems Integration Phase 4: LifeTime Services

We work alongside your team offering maintenance, parts replacement, remote and on-site support to keep your systems running smoothly. Additionally, our Kommand Performance Intelligent Software (KPI-S) software solution enables industry-4.0 design philosophy and is expandable as your business needs grow.
