Bringing over 25 years of experience in supply chain automation and maintenance leadership, Kieran will spearhead KPI’s sales efforts to drive proactive services, capital planning, and comprehensive system support.

KPI Solutions (KPI), a leading supply chain consulting, software, systems integration, and automation supplier, today announced the appointment of Kieran Ryan as Vice President of LifeTime Services Sales. In his new role, Kieran will lead sales initiatives focused on delivering proactive maintenance programs that include spare parts, capital asset management, hardware automation and software enhancements, and field services, all designed to maximize operational efficiency for clients nationwide.

Kieran has extensive experience leading automation and maintenance programs in retail and logistics. Before joining KPI, he held leadership roles at Dollar Tree Stores, Walmart Logistics, and automation providers Dematic and Honeywell Intelligrated. Most recently, he founded Celtic Innovations, specializing in lifecycle management for warehouse automation. His sales leadership will add value to KPI’s clients by delivering lifecycle programs that improve equipment reliability, flexibility, and performance.  Kieran resides in Dallas and Ireland while actively promoting logistic technician certification programs for supply chain automation.
